Calling All Former Pipers and Drummers...

Did you know?

Lerwick Royal British Legion Pipe Band was formed in 1933, 70 years ago.  The band re-formed in 1983 (First minuted meeting - 1984) 20 years ago.

To celebrate this, Lerwick Pipe Band is intending to hold events in the Summer of 2003, probably in the last week of June.  We would really love to hear from ex-members of the band, wherever they are, and if possible, we would like them to come and join us for this celebration.  At this stage we are just looking for contact details, and once events are planned, we will contact the former members direct.
